Payments
Payment should be made by you for all monies owed to us in respect of orders placed on this Website ("Payment") prior to despatch. We will not despatch goods to you until we are in receipt of Payment in full (including VAT) in cleared funds and ownership of the goods remains with us until that point.
Payment should be made on order and is acceptable by cheque or all major credit and debit cards: (Switch, Mastercard, Visa).Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Benchmark Garden Furniture and crossed "payee only".
Delivery
Delivery is inclusive in the purchase price to most UK mainland destinations, but additional charges may be levied for remote areas of Scotland and the various UK isles. Please check if there are any additional carriage charges before placing your order.
We will endeavour to make delivery within Seven working days for all items that are in stock at time of ordering.We will to notify you of any items that are out of stock via email within Two working days of your order.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and should the delivery be delayed by factors beyond our control, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
We will always do our utmost to deliver goods on the agreed day and/or time. It is in our interest to strictly adhere to agreed arrangements for delivery as we can earn sales from recommendations for prompt service. In the unlikely event that goods are not delivered on the day and/or time that has been arranged between us, Benchmark Garden Furniture will not be liable for any claims of compensation for loss's incurred by you as a result of goods not being delivered on the arranged day and/or time. This is applicable to all delivery services arranged and instructed by Benchmark Garden Furniture direct or indirect to deliver goods on our behalf.
Please note: You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if any items are damaged or missing. No claims for damaged or missing items can be entered into after this time.
Returns Policy
We want all our customers to be happy and if you do have a genuine problem with quality or damage to any items that you have received, we want to know about it. If damage has been caused while in transit to you, please keep all packaging and the damaged item and inform us immediately; we will then be able to take the matter up with our carrier and make sure a replacement is despatched to you. The carrier will be under instruction to collect the damaged item for return to us. If any of the goods have been used, or are not available for collection, in certain circumstances Benchmark Garden Furniture will not be able to replace them.
Issues of Quality
Contact our customer service department outlining your quality issues via email or phone. This will provide us with an opportunity to investigate, and in some circumstances we may ask you to return the item to help us with our investigation. If necessary, we will arrange a replacement or refund. In all circumstances, complaints of quality will only be entertained up to maximum of 14 days after date of delivery.
